About Me

Welcome! I’m glad you’re on my website. As a health coach, my mission is to support people with ambitious professional lives in finding a balanced lifestyle. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, support for (impending) burnout, or advice on sports and nutrition—you’ve come to the right place.

My journey to balance began in academia and the pharmaceutical sector. While I learned a lot, I realized that my heart lies in supporting people. This realization led me to mental health care, where I acted as a mediator bridging the gap between patients and therapists. My experiences there, along with my passion for yoga and dance, have led me to fully dedicate myself to coaching in health and wellness.

As your coach, I approach each situation with empathy and a holistic view, tailored to your unique life circumstances. Together, we explore how your life is structured and develop a step-by-step plan to bring more balance in a way that is both sustainable and realistic.

Together, we set small, achievable goals that we tackle step by step. It’s not about running a marathon within a month, but about the small changes that ultimately lead to a healthier you. And I’m here to remind you of the successes, even the small ones.

A Listening Ear and Accountability:

As your coach, I’m your partner in crime. You have someone who listens to you neutrally and objectively, understands your challenges and frustrations, and motivates you. I’m your accountability partner, the one who keeps you on track and ensures you stay motivated.

Sometimes more is needed, and that’s okay. I’m here to help you find the right people, whether you need a dietitian, a personal trainer, or a psychologist. I stand beside you, even when things get tough.

Group Sessions and Workshops:

Occasionally, we gather a small group for workshops or activities. It could be a session on healthy cooking, exercising together, a yoga or dance workshop, or a discussion on how to better set our boundaries. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn from each other in a warm, supportive atmosphere.
